We also offer premium imported materials as per client requirements.

What is your warranty coverage?

We offer industry-leading warranty coverage: 10-Year Warranty on all modular products and interior installations (covers manufacturing defects, hardware failures, and material issues - T&C apply). Additionally, we provide Up to 1-Year On-Site Service Warranty for painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. This ensures quick resolution of any issues that may arise after installation.

How does the payment process work?

Our payment process is simple and transparent: 7% Booking Amount to confirm your design and start the project, 50% For Execution when production and on-site work begins, and 100% On Final Installation when your project is complete. This milestone-based approach ensures you pay as work progresses, giving you complete control and transparency.

Are there any hidden charges?

Absolutely not. Transparent pricing is one of our core values. What we commit is what you pay—no hidden charges, no surprise costs. We provide a detailed breakdown of all costs upfront in our quotation. Our cost optimization expertise helps with smart material selection and efficient planning to reduce unnecessary expenses while maintaining quality.

How do smart curtains and smart switches work?

Smart Curtains: Motorized window and door curtains that open and close with a tap on your smartphone app. You can set schedules, integrate with sunrise/sunset times, and enjoy hands-free convenience. Smart Switches: Replace your traditional switches with app-controlled ones to manage lights, fans, and outlets from anywhere. They're voice-enabled (Alexa, Google Home, Siri compatible) and help save energy.

What quality of materials do you use?

We use only premium-quality materials that pass our 100+ quality checks at every milestone. For modular furniture, we use branded hardware with German hinges, soft-close mechanisms, and scratch-resistant surfaces. We also offer imported materials—Italian marble, European hardware, German kitchen accessories—as per client requirements. Every material is selected for durability, aesthetics, and value for money.
